Payments: Will be accepted monthly, quarterly, half year or get a 10% discount on a yearly rental. Prices are effective Sept 1st, 2025.
Late fees assessed after the 5th of the month in the amount of $20.00.
Door Locks: The first lock is provided by Lessor and is to be returned upon termination of lease with 2 keys or a $20.00 fee will be deducted from security deposit.
Second lock request will include a $20.00 fee to be paid immediately.
